Steam game activity settings causes issues joining lobbies

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

With my Steam game activity set to private (not invisible) I am unable to join/invite players to lobbies.

PLATFORM:

PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. Set Steam game activity via Profile —> Edit Profile//Privacy Settings//My Profile - Game Details —> Private.
2. Unable to accept Steam invites to join player lobbies.
3. Players unable to accept Steam invites from self to join lobbies.

PLAYER LOGS:

• No players logs available to provide.
