Ghoul is bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Basically, every time he jumps over a pallet or window using his power on the survivor to jump faster, the survivor is slowed down by 50% during the entire animation of the Ghoul jumping. This did not happen before the Sinister Grace update. This bug greatly benefits the Ghoul because the survivor cannot reach the other side of the structure since they will be slowed down for longer. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I have a clip to show you.

Notice how Adam slows down during the entire Ghoul vault animation. This didn't happen before, and it makes the Ghoul stronger, because the survivor can no longer get around anything since he is slowed down for basically longer.
