Fog Vials and Flash Bangs
After the nerfs I never see either one of these being used anymore. The last few times I can even remember someone using a flash bang they didn't work. And the Fog Vial is just serving as useless bloat in chests and the blood web.
And it makes me wonder if this weird philosophy around the escape rate and kill rates that's driving the game is resulting in literally everything fun or interesting being just gutted until it doesn't get used anymore.
