PSA: Mindbreaker's bugged, it won't pause Exhaustion!

I just had a match against Sadako with Mindbreaker, and it's still recovering even when I work on a gen.

So the perk now's just applying 5 second exhaustion, which makes Sprint Burst even better LOL
