Occasionally not getting speed boost from getting hit

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

In 2 separate games I've been hit by the killer (The Krasue and The Unknown) and didn't receive a speed boost. The first time I was just running normally, the second was after a vault into a drop. It didn't happen all game, just in one instance each.
