SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Nurse can blink into a wall on The Underground Complex, leaving her stuck

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED: When attempting to blink up from the first floor to the second floor near the drop-down, sometimes the blink will end in between the floors. This will cause your screen to go black and leave you unable to blink back into the playable area. You can replicate this by going on to the catwalk in the room next to the drop and short blinking through the wall as shown in the video.
