STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
For a couple of days now when I play survivor with my friends I use Strength in Shadows but a lot of the time when I try to use it (in basement of course) I get stuck at 99%, can't complete it and still get the QTEs.
Here's the build I use: Bite the Bullet, Strength in Shadows, Deja Vue and Prove Thyself.
It has worked perhaps 1 times out of 5 and usually when it's bugged other players can finish healing me as if I was mid progression.
