Some fixes for post DC matches

We definitely need to retain offerings. Nothing irks me more than putting on bloody party streamers, escape cake or any valuable offerings only to have the killer or survivors drop out and I lose them. Maybe instead of dropping rank remove shards and blood points as well as an increasing wait timer that resets after 24 hours? 10 minutes per dc?

You do realize that dropping rank is not a punishment in DBD?

No, that just makes de-ranking easier. (People trying to get easier games by DC'ing and getting less experienced killers)
