SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

On Lery’s map, going through animatronic door caused a black screen for 3 survivors

PLATFORM:

Xbox/pc

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

We were on Lerys with an afk animatronic. He went through one door then stayed still. After going through one of the camera doors, both pc and xbox players screens went completely dark. We could still run, vault and interact but could not see.
