Pyramid Head: Constant Killer Instinct and missing sound effects
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Sometimes, when a survivor steps into a trail of torment, killer instinct lasts until I hook them again. Also, some of his sound effects are gone or occur intermittently, including the feedback ping on a successful hit and the heartbeat for killer instinct.
