Any idea on how to rework Freddy Krueger?

Since the devs are taking over a year to balance to this character, the rework seems like it is coming this year(hopefully). Any ideas on how to buff him or what his new power should be entirely?I'm genuinely curious on what the community has in thought.

Make default dream transition time zero. Survivors in the dream world suffer hindered, and move at 10% movement speed, suffer from exposed, can be moried regardless of hook stage, and freddy can always read every survivor's aura.
