Quests not staying tracked after closing out game

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When pinning quests to your quick menu, all of the pinned quests disappear after closing out the game. When loading into the game again, only two quests stay pinned, two of the milestone quests (repairing generators and escaping trials). In the main quest menu, all of the unfinished quests keep re-generating the red exclamation notification making it look as though they are new quests.
