Killer ready prompt for 2v8

etisatis

Please implement a "ready" prompt for the killer 2v8 queue.

It’s quite annoying to be queued for 30 mins to get into the match with an AFK killer. Happened 3 times today.

If a killer not responding to the prompt - replace them with someone from the queue.
