soundbug behind survivor

hello, I dont have sound behind my survivor. As examples, when i do a gen and I position my camera away from it I cant hear it. Also when I get chased and I look in front of me and the killer breaks a pallet behind me I cant hear it also.

im on steam and i just cross progressed from ps5. Didnt have the problem there.
