Why do I not see the option to play while waiting at killer q? also, why dont i see estimated time?

Arsane

i've seen people not getting the play while you wait option, but i have not seen anyone report the estimated queue time missing. or is it an option in settings?

Quietus

I've not had it, but I'm part of the outage and I'm assuming there isn't a "estimated time : infinity" reading.
