Grapping locker/window perk "forever entwinded"

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

The perk "forever entwinded" doesnt work for grapping somebody out of a locker or throu a window. forever entwinded is used to sabotage the timeing of flashligh saves but out of a locker or at a window you still grap with the normal speed making Flashlight saves very easy

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1.) Use the perk "forever entwinded"
2.) Grap somebody out of the locker
