Xenomorph Stuck on Ormond Lake Mine

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: While playing Xenomorph on Ormond Lake Mine, I was able to get myself stuck between a Control Center and an object in the environment, unable to escape.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: (Image of the area below). I approached the area from the front while playing Xenomorph, intending to relight the totem using the perk Hex: Pentimento. After relighting the totem, I found that I was stuck between the box and the control center. I attempted to lunge, use Xenomorph's tail attack, and pick up a survivor to escape, but nothing worked.
