Xbox Lost Progression and Cloud ID Changed ?????

Hello, I just lost my progress on Xbox Series X. The account was not linked to any Behavior account. Luckily, I still have the Cloud ID for my account. I had bought a lot of skins and last time I used them on August 9th and today, August 12th, I logged in and no more skins, all my progress disappeared.
