Rare items and add-ons now spawn in earlier bloodweb levels?
Since patch 9.1.0 it feels you can get higher rarities much faster, but I'm not sure if I'm just imagining it.
It felt like before you could get Rare and above items only in later bloodweb levels, but now they're available since pretty much the beginning of a new prestige level. If it's the case, then it's a nice change, but since it hasn't been officially mentioned (I think) I was wondering if anyone else also noticed this.
