TWINS INFINITE BLOODLUST
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When switching between Viktor and Charlotte, the bloodlust stays and does not go away like it should.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Switch to Victor after gaining any kind of bloodlust as Charlotte.
- Victor retains the bloodlust.
- Switching back to Charlotte allows you to keep the bloodlust (which is at least tier 1) permanently.
