Residual Manifest and Scavenger's 'Rummage' for Promised Items Token Cancels when Used With New Keys
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using Residual Manifest's or Scavenger's Rummage feature on a Chest that you have unlocked using a Key, that hasn't yet been rummaged by a teammate, the Rummaged item will not be a guaranteed Flashlight or Toolbox, as the perks are supposed to guarantee.
This does not occur when you attempt to Rummage a chest that someone else used a Key to unlock, it only occurs on a Chest that you Unlocked yourself.
UPDATE: Rummaging through the Chest using Residual Manifest or Scavenger does not take away the ability for a teammate to Rummage the chest.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play Survivor. Equip a Green or rarer Key, and the Residual Manifest perk or Scavenger
- Unlock a Chest using the Key
- Attempt to Rummage through the same Chest
- Once Rummaged, the Item found in the Chest is not guaranteed to be a Flashlight or Toolbox, but Residual Manifest's (or Scavenger's) token allowing a single Rummage will still be used
