Spirit's End of Phase Animation is stuck after ending phase until you take another action.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When ending a phase, your hands are stuck in the position of the last spirit charge phase animation. The only way to get rid of this is to m1 or take another action.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Start phase, phase, when coming out of phase her hands are stuck instead of in normal position.
