survivor stuck from decisive strike+flashlight timing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: survivor stuck in place, in the dying state, while the bleeding-out timer doesnt run out. possibly because of the game registering the survivor being on the killers shoulder.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: survivor unhooked me, and killer proceeded to tunnel me out. he downs me, i still have decisive strike active. another survivor proceeds to blind the killer while i escaped the killers grasp thanks to DS. after the blind, i am perma stuck on the ground.
