Do survivors and killers get rewarded by the entity after matches lore wise?

Are bloodpoints(the reward for us players) just for gameplay, or is there a lore reason too for them?

Like does the entity just gives like 40k liters of blood to a survivor after a match lol?

    the reward is more suffering when you hit ready again,because survivors repeat trials, because death is not an escape.
