Houndmaster doesn't have an audible terror radius at a distance
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
As the title states, no music from her terror radius plays from 32 to 16 meters (the distant will be a lot clearer in the clip). There's still a heartbeat, but I couldn't tell it was her until she whistled.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Play against Houndmaster and stay within 16-32 meters of her terror radius.
