Game Data Saving Issue

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When I close the game and refresh, my loadout resets to a random one I had MONTHS ago. It also continues to send me a "friend request" from one individual, who I have since blocked. I have removed the friend request 100+ times by now, it's just always back again when I relaunch. This is a friend request I had on Epic Game upon linking, which further confirms my suspicions.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I'm unsure what caused the issue, but I suspect it has something to do with cross-play. When I linked my accounts this issue began.
