Movement bug while running in Gideon Meat Plant

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Running the staircase leading up to the meat grinder on Gideon while under the deep wound effect from The Ghouls power, results in your running being paused repeatedly while going up.

PLATFORM: PC - STEAM

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I got hit by The Ghouls power which inflicts deep wound and directly headed towards the staircase that leads to the meat grinder and the vault to bottom floor. While holding shift to run up the stairs and hugging the left side of the hand rail my movement was halted three to four times while still moving forward between the stops. The Ghoul was chasing me while this happened.
