Riff Pass reward can't be obtained

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Some reward from rift pass can't be obtained. It is skipped. I have reported this bug since May 29 but still no fix and no reply. I have paid for this. At least give me something like answer, please.

i have the same issue with feng’s head piece the pink one I submitted a support ticket
