Bug with Houndmaster's dog

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Sometimes throwing the dog in chase mode will not happen, but the cooldown happens

PLATFORM: PC - Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. Press M2 with an obstacle in front of you while in "Chase" command
2. Press M1 to throw de dog.
3. Sometimes, the dog will bark like when you throw it normally, but then will play the animation like when the dog gets stuck snd comes back to you, and the cooldown will happen.
