Scourge Hook Pain Resonance not working on Springtrap

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When you grab a survivor with the Axe and put him on a scourge hook, Pain Resonance does not trigger

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Hit Survivor with the Axe as Springtrap aand put on a scourge hook.

    Could you please attach the logs?

    To find them:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
    2. In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
    3. Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
      • If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
    4. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file

    There is few things that can cause you to not lose token when hooking someone on the Scourge Hook. Main one is that if that specific survivor has already been hooked on a Scourge Hook and doing so caused Pain Resonance lose a token you can't get another from the same survivor. It only work once per survivor. Another is that there was no gen with progress on the map that was not finished already. You wont lose a token if that is the case.

    Still I did test Springtrap's axe grab and it did trigger Pain Resonance totally fine.
