Springtrap's Ripped Curtain addon doesn't always work

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Ripped Curtain addon for Springtrap does not work when using the Axe to down a survivor, only when it is embedded into them. According to the addon's description it should work anytime a survivor is hit by the Axe.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Play against Springtrap with the Ripped Curtain addon
  2. Be injured
  3. Get downed by the Axe
  4. Ripped Curtain will do nothing
