The Ghoul Menu Animations are bugged
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The ghoul has some menu animations that are not lining up. This is applying to kaneki model only. The tentacles are delayed when the character does the model animation. This is with the attacking animation and his other animation as well.
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE Occurred : I just have him selected in the menu.
