Do No Harm Doesn't Have Yellow Bar
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The perk "Do No Harm" fails to show a yellow bar indicating a faster heal speed. The bar remains grey at all stacks, which is deceiving as all perks that increase speed even by 1% would show a yellow bar. The speed DOES increase, the bar just doesn't reflect the usual speed indicator

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Equip "Do No Harm" perk that speeds up healing by 50% for each health state a survivor has and see that the bar does not light up yellow despite being a faster interaction
