SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: toolboxes seemingly stop using charges after the survivor is getting hit with surge while repairing a gen
PLATFORM: Nintendo switch
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: was playing a match on the gideon meat plant and brought a toolbox with wire spool, a brand new part and streetwise. I was repairing a gen with the toolbox when the killer downed another survivor and triggered surge on my gen. After my character finished the screaming animation and continued working on the gen, the bar that shows the remaining charges in the toolbox seemingly stopped depleting (or the scream caused my character to stop using the toolbox and it wasn't shown correctly).

Edit. Letting go of the gen and then starting the repair again fixes this
