Nemisis is fully bugged for Franklins and Exposed perks

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Franklins desmise and ANY exposed effect doesn't work with Nemisis

PLATFORM: PC/Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Simply load into a game with any exposed perk (tested hubris, Devour and Dragons Grip) and hit an exposed survivor no insta down.
Or equip Franklins and hit a survivor with an item nothing is dropped. Addons and other perks doesn't seem to matter

PLAYER LOGS:

  • Unsure how to get these but this bug was tested by 2 accounts, 2 different peices of hardware so isn't player related.

    Came here to report the same thing, didn't know it was just Nemisis though. Had a game where both Franklin's and Mad Grit were not working with him. Assuming its any M1 perk then.
