Is Hinami's Umbrella bugged? Or is the text misleading to what it actually does?
Currently, Kaneki's add on Hinami's Umbrella causes hitting a perfect grab-attack to add 10 whole seconds to your enraged countdown each time. This doesn't seem to do anything in game from what i can tell, no bustedly long timers as this add on seems to advertise. It does nothing at all. Do i just not understand this add on?
