    The gin Bottle increases the amount of haste you get by 3% - your speed is increased by 3 percent

    The garish makeup - increases how long the gas effect stays around by 2 more seconds

    So in summary ; gin bottle makes you go even faster, garish makeup makes the base haste effect last for 2 more seconds
