Can someone please explain the perk tier and rarity changes in detail?
I don’t understand what’s different about the perk or item rarity changes other than their colors. Even on the livestream I didn’t feel like we got an actual explanation. What does the new rarity do exactly? What does this change in the game? What do the new perk tier colors do?
Can come one who understand this better then me please explain?
