Nemesis zombie bugged

Hi, my friend and I were playing against a Nemesis, and all of his/her zombies were invisible. Now, I don't know if this is just a one-time bug, but it was impossible to do anything about it. I would hear their growl, but it would be either too late or too close.

Idk if its about the persk or add-ons since i don't have Nemesis.

They respawn normally, have collision, make noises, can be killed with an M1 and can injure/down, but they cannot be seen.

    STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Equip Tyrant Gore and Depleted Ink Ribbon on Nemesis. Kill a zombie. It respawns invisible as described above.

    loaded into a game where nemesis has invisible zombies seemingly. the guy said he knew about it and that it was due to his addons which were: tyrant gore and depleted ink ribbon.

    the player said that he had to kill the zombies first and then they become invisible when they respawn. nemesis also cannot see the zombies or their auras but he still has collision with them.
