SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Chaser emblem for killer is impossible to get above silver on The Ghoul

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I've played around 20 matches of The Ghoul and if it's a long drawn out game where I 4k or a quick game where I 4k it's still only silver chaser. I'm not sure if there's something not tracking correctly on this killer in particular or not. When checking the emblem scores, it shows a low score for both positive events and no negatives.
