SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When equipping the perk and playing as Wesker and grabbing the survivor with bound and hooking them, Wesker's breaking gen/pallet, vaulting windows become faster per token. This effect lasts until Wesker downs the survivor with a basic attack.
