Protect Killers And Survivors Against The DC

Out of all the 'Balance Issues' and 'Salty Toxic Players' on both sides. There is really only one thing that gets me a bit irritated. That is what happens to both sides in the event of a DC

Killer DC (usually as soon as game starts) . . . Survivors lose

Offering . . . Potentially worth

  • Max BP Gain 32,000 BP
  • White Ward 6,000 BP

  • Escape Cake 4,000 BP + 32,000 BP = 36,000 BP

  • Bloody Party Streamers 5,000 BP +32,000 BP = 37,000 BP

After DC (right after game starts) They get 5,000 BP for surviving + Black pip.

. . .

Survivor DC ( worst case scenario)

Survivors lose

  • Escape Chance 5,000 BP / 7,500 BP for Hatch
  • Ultra Rare Item 7,000 BP : Ultra Rare Add-On 7,000 BP + Very Rare Add-On 6,000 BP
  • Offering potential up too 37,000 BP

After DC (very unlucky) They gain around 5,000 BP in game + Probable no pip

Killers lose

  • Max BP Gain 32,000 BP
  • Ultra Rare Add-On 7,000 BP + Ultra Rare Add-On 7,000 BP
  • Offering potential up too 37,000 BP

After DC (very unlucky) They gain 2,500 BP for each disconnect 10,000 BP + no pip

All This To Say (In A Worst Case Scenario)

Killer DC Survivors Lose A Max Potential Of 64,000 BP
Survivor DC Survivors Lose A Max Potential Of 59,500 BP
Survivor DC Killers Lose A Max Potential Of 73,000 BP

. . . All because 1 Killer or 4 Survivors decide to DC . . . Why not save the Survivors AND Killers items and offerings in the event of any 1 DC. All you would do is save the average player a huge loss in BP that takes a bit of time to build unless you are a master Killer/Survivor in every game you play getting out with Max BP possible.

NOTE: I understand that all my numbers might not be 100% on the mark. I also understand that a DC isn't highly probable to the extent I have formed my theory, BUT it is possible. Any 1 Killer, any 1 survivor DC's and that is potential BP gain lost in a second no fault of your own and you have to deal with it.

Am I overreacting? I welcome opinions. I want to fight for BOTH Killers and Survivors. #ProtectUsAgainstDC
