Freddy carrying animation not playing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

When carrying a survivor Freddy is supposed to wiggle his fingers this animation no longer plays and hasn't played in years you can still hear the sound effect that accompanies the animation but no animation plays

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Play Freddy and carry a survivor you will hear a swishing sound an animation is supposed to play here
