SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

When a survivor is running the perk "iron will" they only make the breathing sound when in healthy state, when they're injured they doesn't make any breathing sound at all. The perk's description says that it only reduces 100% of the grunts of pain it doesn't says anything about breathing sound so or it's bugged or only missexplained.
