Is this bugged, or does it just look bad?
The metal pieces in the barbed wire look like they are 480p quality. It is visually distracting because it just doesn’t look good on the UI. Look how the metal piece compares to the crisp perk icons.
Is this bugged, or has it really always looked like this?

It has always looked like this. I personally figured it was a nod to SH2's original art.
