Picked up survivor got stuck at the feet of the killer.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The killer attempted to pick up a survivor but the animation became stuck, causing the survivor to remain at the killer's feet without making any progress towards bleeding out.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was on the survivor side but from what I can gleam is, the killer downed a survivor and tried to pick them up and might finished the animation but they were not able to hook the survivor or break pallets
