Fixed the sound out of him

In the 8.5.1 Bugfix Path:

• Fixed an issue that caused all Survivors in the trial to hear the Nightmare's laugh when he hit an awake Survivor with his Dream Snare.

You fixed him too hard now there are no sounds from dream snares at all. The missing sound fx are:
- Hitting an awake survivor with a snare/pallet and reducing their sleep timer
- Hitting an immune survivor with a snare/pallet and failing to reduce their sleep timer
- Reducing the sleep timer of a survivor and Freddy laughing

Fx still working correctly are:
- Snare hitting a survivor(the little shriek they do)
- Sleeping survivors still scream when they are hit by the snare(excluding circumstances obv)
