can't unhook a survivor when victor is latched on me [2]

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

"unhook" and "crush" actions overlap randomly

PLATFORM:

pc/steam on controller

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. hook a survivor A
2. latch a victor on survivor B piggyback
3. survivor B should try unhooking survivor A
4. "unhook" and "crush" prompts are randomly toggling next to hook

expected behavior (i guess!): only "unhook" action should be active next to hook, no "crush" action should interfere
