Blight can't drop the survivor

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was playing the blight and couldn't drop a survivor and couldn't hook him either. He was air swimming

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I downed a survivor ( Trevor Belomont) and picked him up, then he started air swimming and I couldn't hook or drop him. The game ended only because he left the game.
