Invocation: Weaving Spiders not removing charges from gens

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Invocation: Weaving Spiders didn't remove charges from all generators as is described in the perk info while playing in Chaos Shuffle. Only one gen (Main building) got affected by this perk, all the others had full 90 second repair time still.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Gamemode: Chaos Shuffle.

Map: Fractured Cowshed.

Survivor: Nea Karlsson. Build: Invocation: Weaving Spiders, Built to Last, Bond, Light-Footed. Item: Commodius Toolbox. Add-ons: Clean rag, Scraps. Offering: Sealed envelope

Killer: Spirit. Build: No Way Out, Hex: Ruin, Thrilling Tremors, Furtive. Add-ons: rusty Flute and Mother's Glasses

Other Survivors:

Ada Wong. Build: Blood Pact, Left Behind, Small Game and Sprint Burst. Item: Mechanics Toolbox. Add-ons: Spring Clamp and Wire Spool. Offering: Escape Cake

Sable Ward. Build: Exultation, Head On, Teamwork: Collective Stealth and Light Footed. Item: Yellow Toolbox. Add-ons: Spring Clamp and Socket Swivels. Offering: Escape Cake

    Did you complete the invocation while Thrilling Tremors was active and blocking all the gens except the main building? Blocked gens are not capable of receiving the charge reduction from Weaving Spiders.

    Not sure, we played as premade. However the perk is already bad, why doesn't it work on blocked generators?

    Edit: I just checked the perk tooltip for weaving spiders, it doesn't clarify this and is really confusing. Also that perk is really bad, please make it work trough blocked gens. Imagine working for 60 seconds straight for an invocation, and canceling the ritual sets the progress to 0.

    Thrilling Tremors hadn't progged by that time.
